Terms & Conditions

At Just Jamaica our Retreats are designed by us and is often tailor made specifically for you. It will combine each one of the following elements: accommodation, food & beverage, natural therapies, physical activities & additional services that will form a significant part of your experience. 


For retreats, courses, or programmes that you or any member of your group partake in, of and be active/dangerous nature, it is the participant’s full responsibility to act in accordance with the guidelines instructed to them. Any injuries you may incur as a result of your own negligence or that of a fellow participant is your responsibility and you will not be entitled to compensation. Just Jamaica reserves the right to decline any booking for any individual or group on any of its retreats, courses, or programmes. Read further to get to know our terms and conditions.


All prices are per person in GBP unless specifically stated otherwise on any correspondence from Just Jamaica. All prices quoted include taxes and the services sold are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. 


We do not regard submission of an enquiry form as confirmation of booking.   In making a booking with us, you are required to fill out the booking form and make payment.  

The full cost of the Course, Retreat or Programme is payable fully to have full confirmation of the booking.

WHAT IF I need to cancel?

If you wish to cancel your Retreat, Course or Programme then cancellation charges will apply. They are calculated as shown below and subject to a GBP500 admin fee in addition. The date we receive your written notification of cancellation is the date we will use to calculate the appropriate charge.

T & C’s for Cancellation of Retreats/Programmes:

  1. Cancellation received within 8 weeks prior to arrival, no refund possible

  2. Cancellation received between 9-14wks, 50% refund given (minus admin fee)

  3. Cancellation received within more than 14wks, 75% refund given (see above)


Just Jamaica has no liability for any act, omission, or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of airlines, car rental operators, ferry companies, hoteliers, tour operators or any other supplier. We have no liability for any loss or damage occasioned by the negligence, act, or omission of any supplier or other third party. We reserve the right to cancel or modify itineraries or bookings where circumstances require. In circumstances where liability of Just Jamaica cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased Course, Retreat or Clinic. All daytime and nighttime activities, sports and transportation organised for you by Just Jamaica are undertaken at your own risk, we accept no responsibility or liability for any illness, personal injury or death caused to you or a fellow participant. If you are late for transfers, then you will be liable to pay any additional costs which occur because of your lateness. We are not responsible for you missing any transportation because of your own lateness.

Special requests

Where special requests for room allocation, diet considerations etc. are required, Just Jamaica must be aware of them in writing at the time of booking. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that these requests are fulfilled, they cannot be guaranteed. Furthermore, Just Jamaica will not be liable for claims for consequential loss where written advice of special needs and requirements has not been received by us, in writing at the time of booking


If you are not satisfied with the accommodation or any of the services provided by us to you, you must report your dissatisfaction to the owner of manager of the property or service provider immediately or if you are accompanied by a Just Jamaica representative then you must inform them. We work closely with all suppliers for your comfort and enjoyment and have every faith of your enjoyment.  


Attendees who have injuries or illness are advised to seek a doctor’s advice if practising yoga. Just Jamaica is not liable for any injuries to the attendee in his/her participation in activities.  Just Jamaica cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables of the customer.  We recommend that all attendees have adequate travel, cancellation and medical insurance for the duration of the trip.

Being a company registered and operating in UK, these terms and conditions shall be governed by English law.  The parties’ consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all matters pertaining them.
